    1) Email a copy of two pieces of ID (one must be photo).

    2) Email most recent pay-stub.

    3) Email most current W2 form(s).

    4) If self employed, email most recent year’s worth of Federal tax return.

    5) Pay for the application processing fee. Click on the Payment button.

You have two options to complete a rental application 1) Online process 2) Manual process.

    -Complete an online application form using a secured (https/SSL) service. 

    -You can access the online form HERE.

    -Download the -> Application Form (right mouse click > “Save Application Form...to your         computer”)
